To further enhance our philosophy of maintaining and reinforcing open communication with our clients, emails and facsimiles (where appropriate) are forwarded to all clients informing them of our scheduled travel to regional areas in Queensland, the Northern Territory and Northern New South Wales. Experience has proven that this substantially reduces investigation costs by allowing costs to be equally apportioned across numerous files. The equally divided costs are clearly detailed in our Tax Invoice.

We have proven through careful planning, travel costs can be reduced to a point that does not warrant giving consideration to the staffing of, nor appointment of, regional offices and/or the retention of Subcontract providers.

This allows our clients to benefit by receiving superior quality work at a rate that cannot be met by regional offices.
