Geographic Areas / Locations of Service OGSA provide services throughout the whole of Queensland and also extends to claims in northern New South Wales (as far south as Coffs Harbour) and to the Northern Territory as required. OGSA as a Specialist Provider do not believe in the use of non PAYG staff in the performance of claims handling. OGSA prides itself on maintaining a working relationship with both the Insured and the Insurer and therefore it is imperative that the conduct of a file be personally handled throughout the course of the claim by a single Adjuster. To value-add to our Reports, all files are checked by a Director prior to despatch. For the reasons outlined above, we do not find it necessary to engage in relationships with other Loss Adjusting firms.
