In addition to the retaining of experts, our office maintains a comprehensive professional library including (but not limited to) the maintaining of Construction Cost Guides, Building Codes, Australian Standards and Legislation dealt with in the course of our Practice. As can be seen by the above combination, all factors value-add to the final product and ensures that should our Reports be required by your Legal Representatives, then they are presented in such a way that they meet the requirements imposed by relevant Legislation and contain literature and/or expert opinion essential to the Claim. This ensures that all aspects of a Claim are dealt with promptly and costs are kept to a minimum.
File Retention - All files are retained in archives for a period of 7 years from date of last activity. |
